After some reasearch I know what is the problem. In your version on vBET there some vBulletin bug:

NOTE: This integration will made your archive pages to be able to translate, but EXCEPT archive sub-forum pages - there is bug in vBulletin which do not allow to do that.

We cannot fix this issue. Also, as I wrote in your other thread, your forum, expect subforum works fine. Take a look:
