What does this mean:

If you want to add to sitemap also links for other thread pages (if thread have several pages)

I have threads in my forum that have several pages.

This means that default integration code will create links to translated pages only for threads first pages. For other pages not. And if you want also have it for other pages then you must do additional steps.
