My vbet_guestcache folder is too big, what can i do?

Hi,
My vbet_guestcache folder is too big, can i empty files manually?
What does it clean the cache cleaner options in vbet? i rum the task (fast delete cache) but i got no more free space. Why?

I mean the Schedule vB's tasks of vbet. I thought that by cleaning the cache i will get more free space.
