You can set your license link in downloads.. there's a link 'edit license', but this is not an issue of this topic.
We don't know, why Google affected for so many pages, but it doesn't have anything common, whether these sites use our product or not - it's Google's issue and you should direct your question to them.
Nobody outside of Google knows, how do their algorithms know, and we can only suspect basing on observation.

ie, all ok for the license, but this board is penalized. can be translated because all the tags I put them as duplicates from google webmaster tools? now I have tried disabling the tags by robots.txt and see if it improves ... other ideas? thanks
