The problem with encoding in liknach

I have a rather unusual problem.

I set the options as indicated by vBSEO vBET - Keep Non-Polish Characters in URLs.
After that, my links look like this:
domain.pl/karma_za_pomoc/163152-pomóżcie_dozbierać_dolara_p-new-post.html

But how can click on the link, the browser shows the link:
domain.pl/karma_za_pomoc/163152-pomo% BFcie_dozbiera% E6_dolara_p.html # post591052

I suspect that the browser will be the wrong index.

Is there any solution to fix this?

Earlier I used the Replace Non-Polish Characters.
