Translate alt tags!

This should be included - translation of image alt tags.

At this moment for performance reason we do not translate tags attributes. All visible parts on page are translated. But such things like image alt or link title are not.

We will add this as configurable option (because of performance impact).

Translating a few image tags, cant see it being a major impact on performance tbh.

NO - there is lot of code changes. Few new functions and modification of existing one. Please just wait for new release. At this moment we are about to fix existing bugs. Find which feature request should be included in next release. And release. No release date now - still have a bug which is not reproduced yet.
