For vBET 2.x all installation instructions are in mod thread:
vB Enterprise Translator - vBulletin.org Forum

There is also special FAQ section in the first post.

Please fallow those instructions and after that in case of any issues just ask

About vB advanced CMPS - vBET 2.x is not integrated with it at this moment. So right now you can install vBET 2.x and enjoy your translations for vBulletin pages.

Integration with other mods will be made according to most used (most requested) for vBET 3.x.

For 2.x we offer free help for other mods authors to make theirs mod integrated with vBET. So you can always ask the other mod author to contact us about this issue

It would be good if this plugin would ignore text in code blocks.

P.S I couldn't post the full link so I left of the http: part

    It should. Test of code:
    Code:
    su
    rpm -Uvh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-rawhide.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-rawhide.noarch.rpm
    yum install kmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs.i686 xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs.x86_64
    reboot
It is working well here (not translate) and should also working on vBET 2.x which version exactly are you using?
