It is because you put not only sitemap rule before vBET, but also you put rule for vbseo.php before vBET. And it is clearly described that vBET rules must be BEFORE rules to vBSEO.

Your translations are not workingbecause you broke vBET rules in forum .htaccess - see previous post with appropriate content for your forum .htaccess. Plese correct it and give actual status.
