vBET 4.10.0 and 5.3.0 released + small license changes

Hello,

Today we have new releases with lot of changes. Most important one - new translation provider is added with additional free monthly quota (IBM Watson). Other big changes include updating: Google, Microsoft and SDL translation API (old SDL version is not working anymore, and old Microsoft will stop working in June 2019). Beside that there are some bugs corrected and costs optimizations for vBET 5.x.
Because of new translation provider we made small license changes and listed IBM Watson there.

Special notes:

• Apertium returns sometimes # sign inside of translation from Russian to Ukrainian. Please consider disabling translation form Russian to Ukrainian made by Apertium (in file...). Using Apertium will allow you to use free translations without any quota, but in case of this language pair translation quality can be not on best level. If you disable this language pair for Apertium it will be translated by Yandex (and use your free monthly quota)
• vBulletin 5 is not executing correctly update section - it is executed but changes made in database can not be visible. Because of that after updating vBET5.x, if you are using guest cache, you should manually change in options Admin CP > vBET Cache > Guest Cache

New:

• Added new translation provider: IBM Watson (will not work with old security libraries - just check it on your server with script:do-not-upload/tools/providers-tests/test_ibmwatson.php)
• Support for new Google translation mode. Configurable by parameter for switching between NMT (Neutral Translation Machine) and PBMT (Phrase-Based Machine Translation) model. NMT is slower but has better quality.
• Support for pagenavnew in vBulletin 5

Changes:

• SDL updated to new specification
• Microsoft updated to new engine (version 3)
• Google updated to new engine possibilities
• License changes – added info about new translation provider: IBM Watson
• Configuration for Apertium (some language pairs no longer supported)
• Options for flags dropdown menu adopted to changes in vBulletin template hooks (4.x only)
• Skipped sprite.php in front controller (required for new vBulletin 5 versions)
• In some places avoided translations of numbers, dates and usernames

Bugs fixed in booth versions:

• Titles with hot translated parts (bbcode langtitle=nt) were not translated at all, instead
• Corrected some errors caused by PHP changes (like: strict standards, other one, some warnings)
• Issue with translation of 'alt' attribute (issue description)

• Space in SQL table name, when TABLE_PREFIX is used
• Guest cache not used for default language
• Corrected generation of external content

• Phrases ids for default language
• Encoding issues for UTF-8
• langtitle translation in many places
• URL redirect on album page
• Manual translation issues
• Bugs in vBET tools
• Issues with Ajax translation
• Multiple language in URL redirected to normal page
• Guest cache issues (requires manual changes in configuration - see Special notes in this post)

Bugs fixed in vBET4.x only:

• Removed username translation on member page
• Removed username translation in newreply for reviewbit
