Support is by forum not by PM, because our staff can change. If you send PM you just send PRIVATE message not request for support (probably to someone who is no longer our employee). If you sent emails - those could go to spam folder. Once again - we provide support by our forum.
You didn't look closer in the forums, if you have not seen recent posts. I was fixing personally issue of our customer this month and you can find his thread (also 2nd one waiting for his answer).
Also posts are written by our users when they have issues. vBET is stable product, so there is no so many issues as it was when we started.
