Flags ABOVE the site?

Hi.... how can I put the flags of vbet above the index like in your forum?

I've installed Vbet but on mine all the flags are at the end of the page...

To change a flags position to top of a navigation bar (as on our forum), change the setting AdminCP->vBET->Flags->Flags Place to Navbar-Top.
