Change PM email notifications?

Hi, currently with vBet when users receive email notifications of private messages that include quotes, it looks like this:

That can get very hard to read lol any way to remove the <!--START vBET NOT TRANSLATED AREA--> and <!--END vBET NOT TRANSLATED AREA--> bits without mucking it up?
