Can I contract with VBET to check/debug my VBET installation?

I just finished carefully installing VBET (latest version) following all the steps carefully ... including adding the Google V2 API key, and other configuration steps. No errors, but translation is NOT working on my system.

I need an expert to look over the system :-). Can I contract with VBET to do this for us?
