text disappear

after i click on translation the page the text was disappear i not sure am i set the microsoft api key correctly
is these cost by the api key not set correctly ? i have follow the step but not working

If you have not set up any translator, then the text may disappear.
All causes of disappearing the text are described in the http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.co....html#post1537.
If the key is not configured properly then it does not cost.

i manage to get the correct microsoft key but still not working , if i using cloudflare on my site will it affect it ? the manuallly translation also didnt work for me

Just fast hint from me - this is still probably your configuration issue. Please use test for each translation provider you configured and send us results form each of those. As you read the FAQ article you probably already used some test - please use it for all configured providers (one can block other if it is first in queue and not recognized as unavailable). You will find test files for each supported translation provider in folder described there. In case of issues - please just ask We will make it work for you - those are just some little configuration issues for new installation.

You can find tests in /do-not-upload/tools/.
Just upload files into your forum root directory and run them by your browser.

Your server does not connect to external services. There is no answer to the query, and the time is too short for the connection was possible. Make sure that your server does not block external packages and allows connections with external services.

You ask your provider does not block outgoing packets and report your provider that there is no communication with some sites (Microsoft® Translator Developer Offerings, Apertium web service - Apertium, https://www.googleapis.com).
