i am using a firewall like dome9.com to block a specific port range , so for outbound packets may i ask which port range outbound should i enable thank i enable 80 but doesnt seem to work as well

Your firewall may be an issue. It can also be a issue setting the internal server. You write about it to your provider. Your server must be capable of sending and receiving outgoing packets. This is not a issue vBET.
