vBet's customers can update for the new version for vb5 for free?

We are planning to adjust vBET for vBulletin 5. It is not started yet, but it is first thing we will do after next vBET release

There will be no additional payment for update. Anybody who still has updates available can just update. If somebody has updates expired then he can renew for $30, but this is not related to vBulletin 5. Simply free updates are just for one year and then requires renew.
