There is no time frame for support. When you are our customer you get support for us. Of course when some vBET version will be obsolete (very old) then we will advice to made update as new versions have solutions for old issues.
Please describe "ppl".
Obviously we are not as big as Jelsoft, of vBSEO team yet At this moment I'm official support voice and I have possible help in this area if it will be needed.
Mostly support is given every day, not 24/7 but everyday. I wrote mostly, because it can happen that on holidays or once per few weekends posts will wait little longer.
