You are not using google api v2, you only put api key, you have to turn it on:

Hmm..not fine when I look the same:

Yes - this is exactly what happens now when translation provider refuses to translate. As I already wrote most probably you reach translation limit set by provider. Please note that we are already testing new version which will support providers queue and in case when no provider is actually available we will display original text instead of empty one. Already cached translations will be displayed as translated. Please note that we are not able to display translation when there is no translation and not translation provider available.

We also already reach limits - you see cached results. That is also why we are in hurry to support providers queue in vBET 4.x
