Microsoft API limits?

What are the current limits on the Microsoft API, compared to the Google translation API? On my site it seems that when using microsoft's, it hits a limit quite rapidly, rendering it more or less useless.

License of Microsoft Translation API says:

Microsoft may choose to limit the number of requests per a given period of time (throttling) to ensure service responsiveness (See Section 4 below).

And section 4 gives no numbers... Maybe in some other place it is defined.
