vBet 2.4.4 cannot translate with kloxo

My VPS used Kloxo Cpanel . vBet can not display text.
i has test with google check .

in php.ini , i has removed curl_exec,curl_multi_exec, and "service httpd restart"

disable_functions = exec,passthru,shell_exec,system,proc_open,popen,curl_exec,curl_multi_exec,parse_ini_file,show_source
