If group message have langtitle BBCode then original text will be shown in URL. Of course on page it will be translated. See here for exmple:

It is fixed and working just as was described:
"If group message have langtitle BBCode then original text will be shown in URL"

It have to be this way since vBSEO doesn't support group discussions in good manner - it means that you can change URL as you want (as long as prefix is OK) and there will be no 301 redirect. Because of that we cannot support translation there, otherwise it would effect duplication of content. It is safe in case of posts - there vBSEO redirects if URL is not correct.

Yes and very simple - Google claims that it is in Arabic On this forum we have set to accept Google decision if it is in 0.1% sure about it. But I think you already know how it works...

Also, there is really text in Arabic - under the URL We are not the one who make Google algorithms - please do not shoot the messenger

Your 2nd message do not have link with Arabic - it is clean English and Google recognized it appropriately. In first one you use booth - English and Arabic. It seems that for Google it is more Arabic than English.

Please do not change this first message - I will use it right now to test inserting original text by JavaScript - it seems that there is some issue with this message and I want to resolve it before production (vBET 3.3.0 is released today in few hours).
