You have very same issue as you had before - your outgoing connections to Google are blocked. Please see: http://YOUR_DOMAIN/googletest.php

Please contact your hosting provider and make sure your Google connections are fine. Then check the issue and if it still exists then please write to us.

Please note that if such things will happen again first check your using googletest.php does your hosting provider do not limit outgoing connections to Google.
