use other NON GOOGLE translate APIs

Why are you thinking that Google penalized pages build by their API? We consider this not true - our forum has lot of indexed translated pages. Also in case if it would be true, then it wouldn't matter which translation service would be used.

At this moment Google provides most languages and great quality.
