vBET2.4.3 displays blank page

VBET2.4.3 installed free from vbulletin.org / forum / showthread.php? T = 232456 & page = 25
on vB 4.1.0 PL2.
Unfortunately, when you select any language (flag icon) displays a blank page.

I conducted a test and turned off all mods installed and the situation has not changed. Still when you select any language displays a blank page.

For a test I installed a copy of vB4.1.0 PL2 forum on another server and everything works fine.

Missed no curl. I had a 100% certainty that it is.
