Problem After Delete vbenterprisetranslator Product!

Vbenterprisetranslator product I've deleted from the forum but still in the server Processes of this product will create problems and uses high RAM and makes VPS is being Down! PLZ See photo:

If I delete the file vbenterprisetranslator_seo.php topics are not open and not open any page and gives Not Found!
Do what?
