Get error when edit/reply post, because a thread

Our default language are Indonesia

Some time get this error message in email, few weeks ago this problem are not too often, but now its more often almost everyday, maybe because more thread starter are writen in other language, for example in english, the error usually are because the thread that writen in other language, and translated to our default language, indonesia

from error message example above, i search and delete the thread with title "michael jackson ghost", then the error not showing again in email


the error usually are getting by members when they editing or reply post (the post are not related to michael jackson ghost thread at all like error message above)







any analyze about this guys?

the database table vbenterprisetranslator_cache_short_id its looks like the problem, i already tried repair and optimize it, and Cache Cleaner from admincp but this problem stil occur

These fields are blank, so we don't know, what error is that.
Please contact with MySQL support and ask why your messages do not have any error number nor error description. Also - did you check MySQL logs? Maybe there will be more about it.

We have asked on MySQL forum about enabling of errors display as well

still cannot solved actually guys, i am still get this error message to email almost every day, every time there are a new thread created from not default language, and other member do edit post or new reply in other threads, the error messages only get by member, because member can edit/newreply the posts, guest cannot do that so cannot get this error messages


is there any clue or something that i can try guys? the database table that get error are only vbenterprisetranslator_cache_medium_id




- my default language are Indonesian, if i uncheck it in Admincp --> vBet --> Chace --> uncheck Indonesian in Cache details, so not using cache for Indonesian, we dont get the error again, but it is better if we can use cache too for our default language, Indonesian



- i use vbulletin 3.6.8

Please contact with MySQL support and ask why your messages do not have any error number nor error description. Also - did you check MySQL logs? Maybe there will be more about it.
