Translateing numbers into hyphens

On some languages numbers are being changed to hyphens (-)

The cause of problem above is google translation engine bug with two digits - '1' and '3'.
Translation enegine changes them into chinese counterparts.
Here are examples:

Tłumacz Google
Tłumacz Google


Anyway, if you try to combine these digits with anything else, like:

Google Translate
or
Google Translate

everything looks fine.
