[wanted] any tut for Curl and iconv

Hello. I was installing my forum again and also vBet.
I am a very beginner in Linux and looking for a tutorial in order how to implement Curl and ICONV.
I am running a linux debian server with apache2 and php5. Appreciate any help.

It is easiest to use some GUI manager for this, i.e. ISP. If you do not have such, then you have to edit appropriate PHP configuration file and un-comment lines which include those libraries. Please see PHP documentation for that.
