Myślę, że problem jest następujący (w bardzo prosty, nie jestem programista):

Brak vBET:

Guest ---> typ wiadomości ---> człowieka weryfikacji -> zostanie opublikowany lub nie na forum.

Z vBET:

Guest ---> typ wiadomości ---> vBET ---> człowieka weryfikacji -> XXXXX


Rozwiązanie:
